This is to inform the general public that the JUPEB 2020 examination which is meant to commence this month June has been postponed Federal Government reopen schools.
The pandemic, COVID-19 has forced the governments all around the globe to close schools which have affected all levels of education across the world.
Latest Update On JUPEB 2020 Examination
An update sent to Directors by the Registrar and CEO of JUPEB read “This is to inform you that 2020 JUPEB Examination is now fixed for Sept 7 -18.
We shall be sending an email by noon tomorrow to all Vice Chancellors of JUPEB centres and copy the Centre Directors.”
This means that JUPEB exam is to commence by September 7th and end by 18th of the same month. The new JUPEB timetable for JUPEB is to be expected on Friday 7th and it will be updated on this website.
Recall that the JUPEB 2020 timetable was released about two months ago of which the examination was stated to commence by 20th of June, but due to the COVID-19 it has been shifted to further notice.

According to the statement released by the JUPEB board to Directors across schools
“Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is still on in Nigeria, the JUPEB 2020 Examinations will NOT hold in June this year.
When restrictions in the educational sector are lifted by the Government, University Centres will be informed of a new examination date in due time.
Please continue to engage your students online to keep preparing for the examination.”
This announcement is for students/candidates who have started their JUPEB programmes since last year and have dome JUPEB Biometrics and have started receiving lectures are expected to receive another update if anything changes.
JUPEB is a one-year A’level programme that gives the opportunity of Direct Entry admission into 200L of mostly Southern Universities in Nigeria and you can study any course it with.
The JUPEB2020/2021 academic session registration is currently in progress and students can start the registration. The lectures for the ongoing registration is expected to commence between September/October 2020 and ends by June 2021 if everything goes as usual.
